All of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store, you can find the sauce and noodles in the international aisle. There are several varieties of noodles to choose from.

Make sure to carry a travel kit with you when going on vacation. This will make it easy for you to stay healthy while away from home by including things like medicine and other items that are essential for your health.
To begin I put 2 medium pots on the stove and bring them to a tumbling boil, while that is happening I begin to prep the vegetables.
Slice the vegetables thinly so you get bite-size pieces.
Choose a sharp knife that you are able to handle well. Slice the celery thinly and on an angle. Next slice the onions into thin strips. When slicing the broccoli florets make sure you keep the slices thin so you get bite-size pieces’
Slice all of the peppers in even thin strips giving you a nice-looking colourful pile.
Place the celery and onions in one pot and the broccoli in the other. You will keep the vegetables in the pot till the water comes to a tumbling boil or for 2 minutes. Immediately remove the pot from the stove and run the vegetables under cold water halting the cooking process, this is called blanching.
Peel and devein the shrimp
Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining them, if the shrimp are large you can cut them in half to ensure bite-sized pieces. Its saves time buying shrimp that have been deveined prior.
In a saucepan add the sesame seed oil along with the garlic and ginger puree, stir in the blanched vegetables and allow ingredients to mix, continue to stir. Add the shrimp and allow them to cook until they turn pink.
Prepare your noodles.
It’s best to cook your noodles as instructed on the package, my advice is to cook the noodles for no more than one minute. The cook time will depend on the type of noodles you choose. Most only require a minute or two doused in a pot of boiling water
After the noodles are done I drain them and rinse them under cold water to stop them from overcooking.
Assemble all ingredients for the finish.
In a large mixing bowl combine the noodles, vegetables and shrimp. Use your gloved hands to combine, add in hoisin sauce and soy sauce to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and plate.
